That sounds like a backer was used by SS to cover 1/2Mil the loan if we had not coughed up enough. Sounds like a very large INPL if it was not held back by SS. I don't think so - the loan has yet to drawdown, so SS haven't sent the money yet. In the past where it seemed that SS had difficulty sending funds, they have simply cancelled the loans (I.e. 3/ 9 of the London loans). I keep reading this sentence on the SS overview... That was 4 days ago, and (presumably) the vendor has yet to receive any funds...

SS is aware it should be Brankesmere (not Branksmere) and told me a few weeks ago it would be fixed. , the SS website now spells 'Brankesmere' correctly. The CH record can't be too far behind.   I wouldn't bet this month's interest on it
