I'm both sad and happy it's gone. Happy because if it had stayed for a long time I would have regretted investing (although I only have a very small stake in this). Sad because the pending release and the actual release caused such a hubbub both on here and the SM it was entertaining and addictive to observe, I managed to re-jig my whole investment portfolio by scoring some gems on the SM that were being sold to make way for this. It was exciting checking in to see how much it had gone down by also....ah my life has become so sad since dipping me toes into the murky world of investing.

Aaaaaaaaaaand... its gone! Now to see if stuff gets removed from the SM. Hypothesis 1: the stuff on the secondary market is people trying to free up money to invest in 143. It should now be removed. Hypothesis 2: the stuff on the secondary market is people trying to clear negative balances. It should be removed when unpaid loan parts in 143 appear on the SM. Hypothesis 3: the stuff on the secondary market in people who know something we don't. Hypothesis 4: the stuff on the secondary market is people trying to leave SavingStream. Hypothesis 5: some combination of the preceding.

Now that it's gone, it will be interesting to see how quickly the long SM backlogs of other loans with positive terms start to evaporate. There's not an awful lot in the pipeline at the moment, and there'll be about £1.4M of interest credited to investors' accounts a week from today.
Of course, it wouldn't be unprecedented for a new loan to appear in the pipeline and then go live very quickly, so anything is possible.

Yes , but some PBL143 could easily reappear as unpaid for loanparts, for all those who are unable to pay for their allocations. I'm not sure how long SS are prepared to wait for until they put unpaid for loanparts back onto the SM - does anyone out there know ? Anyway, I suspect that plenty of folk bit off a bit more than they could chew, and we'll see PBL143 back on the SM, but probably only for a short time as it will very likely get snapped up quickly.

Indeed. Looks like the unfunded INPLs have been cancelled - half a million quid on the market.

That sounds like a backer was used by SS to cover 1/2Mil the loan if we had not coughed up enough. Sounds like a very large INPL if it was not held back by SS.
It is going quickly
28/10/2016 a**********s £20,000.00
28/10/2016 d**********e £2,500.00
28/10/2016 e******4 £5,000.00
28/10/2016 a***********9 £20,000.00
