Going back to the topic of this thread, does anyone know what is happening at these premises?
Is there a "Sold" sign in place? It would be good to know if this loan is going to repay early or "on time" i.e. at the end of the full term.
Anyone got any up to date information ?

The primary exit plan was to gain enhanced PP first, then sell the site on, but was noted that there were some offers in the region of £13.5m The borrower has got the property on their website, but no mention of any sale, or if the site is currently for sale.

I'm very interested in this one; it's my largest loan part on all platforms.

The most recent update 4 days ago implies a sale rather than refinance: "The borrower is considering early repayment as there has been numerous inquiries from potential buyers."

Has someone just taken a massive lump PBL143 ?
About 30 mins ago there was about 81k queued and it was going nowhere - only a couple of hundred quid sold in the preceding few hours. So I went for a quick walk and have returned to find it's all been bought !
Looking at "recent investments" , there are a few for hundreds , but someone must have taken a huge bite, I assume. Anyway , whoever it was gets a big "thankyou" from me , cos I had plenty in the queue !

Plenty of this loan for sale but I keep changing my mind about it. One minute I think it's pretty much "free money" because recent updates have made it abundantly clear that it will pay back soon. Then the next minute I just have this niggling doubt that something could still go wrong. Decisions, decisions ......
