Hyped up prsentation
Hyped up valuation
only 6 parking spaces for a 27K sq ft building and no loading yard (Difficult to split)
who would buy it and who would rent it in a Brexit climate ?
Guaranteed to extend and not an easy exit for lenders ?

I'm not so sure - I think this baby could go quickly.
I suspect there will be a few BH's with some very serious prefunding, and if there does happen to be much left on the SM afterwards, it will be the usual bot-frenzy absorbing it in next to no time.

The highest offer was of £13.5m from a representative of a large London landowner". Do you not believe them?

The highest offer was of £13.5m from a representative of a large London landowner". Do you not believe them? Not fully, no. Just check all of the past updates that were wrong. I also don't believe half of the valuation reports either.

Does anyone know if SS have a "normal" sort of time for releasing new loans on a Saturday, or can it literally be at any time during the day ? You'd have thought that they might release it at a a relatively early stage of the day if only so that they can get home themselves ! No set time, and no trend; sometimes as late as 06 pm In fact... In the past, some loans have failed to go live on the indicated date I would be very surprised if this loan didn't go live today, because of the large amount Saving Stream need to raise. IMHO, the sooner this loan goes live, then the better for Saving Stream, in their attempts to raise the full amount needed for Monday.

(disclaimer: I am not a Brexit supporter) No matter what happens around Brexit and short term variations in prices, this security seems to have the potential of adding several millions of pounds to its value. If it does not realise this potential immediately, it can do so over a number of years. So I was thinking that an investor with a lot of cash might see it as a good long term investment.

My shortest terms are 180 & 183. It's getting to the point where I will only invest in loan of 285 days and above.
