Can't see this has launched today? Can't see it in Pipeline either? Look in Live Loans, and there it is... savingstream.co.uk/loans/live(I just saw £60 on the SM - but my F was too S to get the 1p I'm after to flag it "uninteresting" at a glance...)

hi keith it is fine if the property is occupied but we need to be clear that it is not the borrower himself occupying it as his main residence Thanks. Fair point. I do wonder, though, how the eagle-eyed valuer can tell the difference between tenant socks in the dryer vs owner-occupied socks in the dryer. :-) Maybe a case of too much information. Smell . . . DNA testing . . . . . . . . . . .

Initial loan term expired - now being 'Serviced By Lendy' Latest update (14/04): " The borrower is expecting to refinance in within the next month, which means this loan might run slightly over. We are in regular contact with the borrower and their finance broker." Lost 2 days from its term yesterday looking a jonah's thingyemebob - cheeky.

Not according to my records (term tick-over time for PBL144 is 10:25)...

P.S. You've missed the defaulting of PBL064 in your OP in the status changes thread.
EDIT - Crossed with @new2p2p .

Ok, jonah changelog (in status change thread) must not have polled the previous day as it said went from 2 to 0 (dropped off bottom now so cant prove it) That would also tally with a launch/drawdown date of 27/10 which would meen the loan had been active for 6months/183days at 10.24 on 29/4 and hence was overdue from that point (i days interest accrued 10.24 on 28/10 and so on) Looking at CDs neg loan watch, he has the term at 182days ie not the full 6 months. So while I cant argue with your fancy tech (and my maths is probably wrong) looks like it didnt run the full 6 months. PS Yep, forgot to cross post to OP, fixed now, need to update main list as bit behind.

My earliest snapshot of this loan is from 15/01/2017 at 20:32 when the term was at 101 days, in agreement with current term.
I'm guessing that when it went live, the term was actually set at 181 days. I expect that someone looked at the first day: 27/10/2016 and thinks 'last day of a six month term is 26/04/2017' enters that into the system which calculates the difference (181 days in this case).
As usual, I'm guessing and making assumptions. And MONEY pointed out only recently that assumption is the mother of invention of all...

It was at 0 yesterday which is what prompted me to check again this morning. Not sure which of jonah 's excellent thingyemebobs you are referring to, but maybe one needs a kick? Or hitting with a half-brick? Something technical, maybe. A tweak! That's it... maybe it needs a tweak. Yes.... it broke for 24 hrs, but then fixed its self before I did anything, so I don't know the cause, but suspect it was in the data on the lendy site. Whilst that generated some surpious data, there were only a couple of loans which had 2x days moved, so I figured they could be legitimate. Oops

Repaid today!
Well done Lendy.
EDIT: And, according to the 'Paid in full' e-mail, the repayment includes a 0.75% bonus! Excellent news for those holding to term (or quickly buying up bits in the last day or two).

Yup, more good news, except for those who throw a little paddy about having to check if they own the loan.
