So I take it you'd claim your earlier post referencing "acolytes" and "trolls" was NOT intended to sow discord, start arguments or upset people...? That's a dilemma of course one can't pass comment on trolls without being accused yourself, much like your comment answer before you reply remember this would go on ad infinitum. OK guys; I think it's "go get a life" time.

I suspect there'll be a significant amount of the SM quite quickly - there's bound to be someone out there who hasn't spotted the new lower rate and who also hasn't changed their prefund value. But it'll get snapped up quickly too. I based this on my golden rule of "investment liquidity probability" - the prettier the picture the better it sells! And what was your conclusion?

Slight oversight, the advance loan email still says on top I think that the entry you refer to is their general headline rate (not specifically this loan). In the body of the email it specifically says 9%. Yes but in my email viewer that is visible in the subject line. So WITHOUT opening the email I see "Advance loan go-live notice - Earn 12% net (annualised) with Saving Stream View this email in your browser ADVANCE LOAN GO-LIVE NOTICE PBL144 - D*** R***, P*****, S***** Dear ..., We are pleased to confirm that " I also suspect that this first sub 12% loan will get many bids from investors who did not change their general prefund amounts

We can confirm that the borrower is not living in the property, will not be living in the property and will be in default if they do move in which we will enforce robustly. This is made very clear to the borrower in the loan documents and we will monitor the situation (as we do for all loans) throughout the term of the loan.

I'm pretty much a pocket money investor (literally, I tend to dump some of my fun money after the mortgage and bills have been paid into P2P, provision for the future goes the usual boring way of pensions, S&S ISA etc.) Life story aside, I have been keeping a weather eye open for the first of these reduced rate loans, as I have no interest in cutting 3% of the rate paid to me. So I missed the poll, but it would have been a resounding no from me. C_D clearly forgot that option, as I suspect that it would have been popular!

Yes, one can if one instead uses "Report Post", as opposed to responding in kind. Two wrongs do not make a right.

Your mail client is showing you a preview of the body. Just looking down recent SS mails, the line in the GoLive is "Earn 12%...". The similar line in the Repayment from 128 is "Earn up to 12%..." - so, yes, looks like a template that's not been updated.

I have decided to take a punt. Valuation seems realistic based on mouseprice.com website. Some may say the website is not accurate, however it is spot-on for my area so will give it a go. Would have liked a little more time today to study the same but not possible..
Had the loan been last week probably would have given it a miss for various reasons.

Meanwhile, Ablrate who tend to offer between 10 and 12%, currently have two on offer at 14% - possibly not for the faint hearted?? LW Thank you for mentioning that. I will take a look.

I have also decided to take a punt, having voted NO, but I will not be doing it via pre-funding as the choices don't go down to £0.01.
