On a more serious note. Its more than time NATO increased its direct footprint in the baltics/eastern europe. Its border-line scandalous how we have pussy footed around giving the /impression/ that NATO is divided. Deterrence requires presence.

Presumably those are the ones that were en-route to the Med to be off the coast of Syria. It has been viewed for years as an ideal artcic/winter training area for Marines from multiple Nato countries, including our own. I have in my time known quite a few serviceman that joined up for the skiing. Yep. Putin has been playing the strongman card for a number of years to bolster image at home and stoke up nationalism as a means of diverting from internal opposition. A typical authoritarian tactic. Looks like old news.

Worrying about a new Cold War and the risk of global apocalypse? Well at least in the internet age we now have whole bunch of useful tools to play with ... linkOh dear......i suppose someone had to produce that. I was torn between selecting Anglesey, Epping or Ipswich as the target zone. So decided on all 3. However to minimise collateral damage to other investments i did use a low yeild device.
