B***** , and I tend to check in every hour or so. The top 10 bidders account for >£90k of the £115.3k total. If the loan completes and if users actually want any of the loan parts for ongoing exposure it seems likely that there will be a large quantity available at zero premium on the secondary market.

And only A rated in spite of the security? At 8.5% I wouldn't have bothered without the cashback.
And a lot less info this time. Unless I've missed it, we don't know what the property is or where it is or what the LTV is.
And they're paying off 5346, which is less than 2 months old. Can't help feeling this was anticipated.

In case anyone missed it in the other place,
It appears that another property loan is expected "next week".
• A+ property development loan • 7% fixed rate • 2% cashback
It doesn't sound all that appealing to me - although no doubt there will still be a stampede. Don't say you weren't warned. Opinions?

This new one being interest only .. Amortisation period .. Infinity. No, not as exciting as either of the first two. Plus a it's £400k plus, so I doubt it'll sell out fast even with the cash back. Property developer, so it's a punt on both the property bubble and some builder(s).

7% before fee I believe? Think I'll stick to RS at 5.9%

So 20,000 £20 Loan parts at par (or a discount) available once the loan is accepted. That will mess up calculations on the health of the secondary market.
With SavingStream offering 12% over six months and 0.5% cash-back (2 loans still available), or Wellesley offering good rates on a balanced portfolio, it does not look to be a give away. The saving grace is that Autobid will gradually chew away at the secondary market parts.

Every autobidder over the next 18 months will be treated to a slice of this as the cashback is redeemed. Two more tranches to follow.
