Any ideas what the allocation amount might be for this one if/when it goes live? I'm trying to sell out of stuff in order to be ready, but don't want to sell too much - or too little. It gets really hard to sell things once a loan is announced as going live, because then everyone else is trying to sell things too. Plus, if the new loan takes you into negative days you have fewer options for selling, since recently acquired parts can't be sold.

As MONEY points out; there is no PBL52 (or not anymore). What you are reading is the house number  . No loans are imminently pending until they get a PBL/DFL number. In the case of the Edgbaston loan; the sooner that one disappears the better... and it can take its mate from Cornwall with him

PBL52? That was the woodlands, repaid last month.

I think you've got a good chance of getting at least a grand, maybe more. It's not a huge loan, but it's really not that tempting IMHO, especially alongside the related Cornish loan. There was quite a bit of discussion - not least about the, umm, wildly optimistic valuation - in the pipeline thread a while back. I think quite a few will sit that one out, especially after the recent glut of launches. I certainly plan to.

It is probably an error but the pipeloan loan is numbered PBL52 No, it's not... PBL - 52 W******** Road PBL145 - S****** Road

Ok - I see my mistake. 52 was the house number. From what you say it sounds like this one won't be going live at all - what a nuisance, as I've just sold some good stuff. Now I'm off to the SS site to see what I can buy. Does anyone else get addicted to hunting the secondary market for loans?

I had a pre-fund for this one. What is wrong? It seems that the loan may not go live at all - this has happened in the past, where something in the pipeline got withdrawn. I've prefunded for it too...so I hope it does work out.
