It's been more like 50 days rather than 40 and neither myself nor the person I recommended (who invested £1000 within the allotted period) have smelled a penny.

I had a similar concern but FC's definition of invested is when the loan goes live, rather than bid or funds deposited. Although it shouldn't happen now, one of my loan didn't go live for over a week.

I am in the same boat.
Looks like when they say within 40 days they actually mean on the 40th day.
I am on day 38 as of now and nothing yet.
Customer services did confirm i had met all the t and c and that i would receive payment within the 40 days.
So payment should go in within the next 3 days.
We shall see.

(from my blog) As far as I understand Funding Circle do their bonuses in one month promotional periods, which you find in the terms and conditions when you register. They say you need to invest all your money by the end of the month and then it takes up to 40 days after that for them to pay you. In my case I had invested by the end of July and they paid on the 8th September: on the 39th day of the 40 day limit. |

I don't believe they do. There is nothing on their FAQ's. I guess they already have enough gullible investors!  |
