Tranche 1 has now been repaid including the extra interest which looks right to me Capital certainly repaid and I'll take your word on the interest. Good luck to the poor folks who now have the new "B" Borehamwood.

Tranche 2 capital and some interest appears to have been repaid today. Just tranche 3 (loan 21881) outstanding now. That's a mere 258 days late for a supposed 6 month loan (ending Oct 2016).

Tranche 3 has been repaid too, it would appear to have been paid by a new whole loan tranche 3

Fans of MR M the Borehamwood Director will be totally unsurprised that his personal Middlesex project (itself an A+ refinance of a late loan) is taking a familiar path. We have now reached the point where the experienced property team cannot even set themselves diary reminders - pitiful.

28th July 2017: The borrower has advised that there has been a slight delay in our update to investors.

Of all the late FC property loans this one worries me the most - anybody else agree?

It doesn't worry me because I'm out of it now. It's been my most profitable FC property loan with an annualised return of 10.6% after fees. I just hope the current lenders benefit as much.
