Mr M is still managing to be the king of the excuse on his personal Middlesex site
How many of these excuses do we think will be recycled when the Borehamwood loans inevitably run late again?

totally agree with above - even if these funds arrive on time (whenever that is!) this development has still got the problem and expense of the modified planning not being accepted It looks to me as if this developer overpaid for the building and now can't make the projected profit so ,unless house prices rocket, I just can't see how he can turn this development around - hate to think how much money was wasted on architects and planning fees etc. All the time he is clocking up debt although granted not repaying any of it to FC whom I think should have repossessd this asset months ago.
What on earth are FC playing at ? Comments such as below really annoy me
"The borrower has advised us that completion of the refinance should occur on 31st July"
Hilary Clinton should have won the US election - she didn't! It is now 14th August All FC had got to do was demand, yes D-E-M-A-N-D a notorised letter along with proof of the situation and take it from there. Strikes me such developers are playing FC for fools and it is the FC lenders who suffer.
I was sent a list of lawyers who defaulted on their FC repayments - only one practice seems not to be currently trading. Another one defaulted after only 2 repayments. The only conclusion I can reach if that my "learned friends" spotted the amateurish nature of how FC works and took them to the cleaners and are now laughing at them - despicable thing to do but I guess that is lawyers for you.
