How many of these excuses do we think will be recycled when the Borehamwood loans inevitably run late again?

There was a slight delay to receipt of the funds due to final legal matters, which have now been resolved. The borrower is awaiting funds to be drawn for the refinance, and we have received confirmation of this from the external lender. We therefore expect the refinance to complete and funds to be received by the end of this week. We will ensure that investors are kept informed of any changes.

The Borrower has responded to the Pre-Default Notice being issued and has asked for an additional 7 days for completion of the external refinance to occur. Given the advanced stage of the refinance, we have agreed to provide the borrower with the requested 7 days within which to make payment. We will monitor the situation and update investors further next week.

Given the refinance with the external lender has not yet completed, we have issued a Pre-Default Notice to the Borrower. We will monitor the situation and update investors further next week.

The borrower has advised us that completion of the refinance should occur on 31st July. The external lender has confirmed it is ready to provide the funds to the borrower and has requested a redemption statement. We have provided this redemption statement to the borrower so they can provide it to the external lender. We will update investors when payment is received.
