Sorry but anyone who uses a 'k' where a 'c' should be in anything other than a humourous context is enought to put me off. What next, p2p r us.com ? Perhaps it's Kent Urban Finance? (only one f, in spite of the thread title). You inspired me to check papyrus.com (they sell paper). papyrus.co.uk is for sale, and p2pyrus.com/co.uk is unused. Using non-standard letters makes sites easier to find in search engines - hence Assetz Capital.

Signed up to have a look, but cant get past AML screen. It wants a second line to my address which doesnt exist (fiddled that) and having filled in all mandatory fields (bizarrely the ID document isnt one) it just goes back to the form with no comment/explanation as to what it is doing. (Uses Contego AML) So either Ive done the check four times or it does need an ID doc which I dont have. Either no deals or wont show until AML passed. looks like it will be added to the list of my P2P non-starters. Passport or driving licence?

Latest update from chief executive, making right noises re regs.
(As an aside, interesting to see that Ratesetter were not one of the acknowledged accreditors although the interim review had plenty to say about the asset mutualisation of some PFs).
“The FCA is laying the foundations for an industry on the cusp of making it mainstream. It’s obvious that protection for investors should be at the heart of all peer-to-peer platforms.
“Misleading promotions which could result in investors not fully knowing the risks associated with lending are becoming increasingly visible due to soaring competition.
“Peer-to-peer lenders must ensure investor protection is their priority by providing comprehensive wind down agreements, by setting out their own additional capital and applying a very prudent lending policy for borrowers.”

Hi,
my name is Hari Ramamurthy and I am the CTO at Kuflink. Please feel free to contact me if you have any queries at all.
Kind regards,
Hari
To answer some of the recurring queries
1) We are regulated by the FCA (665279) and are operating under interim permissions.
2) We are the only P2P platform in the UK that lends 20% towards every deal.
3) We don't charge any platform fees
4) We are based in Gravesend, a short walk from the station

Has anyone any recent experience of this company? Thoughts on them as a new take on se property loans?

kuflink - a personal observation on your (wide and thin) banner ad, in the context of it rendering on this forum to the few people who don't use ad blockers - I just turned mine off momentarily as part of some testing. The typeface of the Kuflink name and what ever it says underneath is far too small and distorted. If anyone actually sees your banner ad on here, they need to be able to read (and spell) your name clearly to be able to find any relevant info. It is generally NOT a good idea to actually click on banner ads as the ad host servers are regularly hacked and I believe clicking banner ads is the biggest single source of malware transmission after visiting porn sites. (Just to reiterate, its not the advertiser that is responsible for the malware, but hackers who infiltrate the ad servers). So if viewers can't read your name on the ad, and are aware that clicking banner ads is not a clever idea, the ad is pointless.

Hi chunkie, sorry about the late message. Could you please let me know your query? Our execution team were at LendIt USA last week and it seems some queries have slipped through. Would be more than happy to answer any queries you might have.
Kind regards,
Hari

Quick update - we have won the Business Moneyfacts award 2017 for the most innovative product of the year. Our sister concern, Kuflink Bridging (formerly known as Alpha Bridging) lends 20% towards every deal that makes it to the P2P platform. In the case of a deal going south, Kuflink Bridging covers the first 20% of any loss. Please let me know if you have any queries at all.

Hello all,
we have a new opportunity listed on the platform. This is a short-term opportunity secured against three properties; two based in Coventry and one in Gravesend. Please feel free to ask me any questions regarding the opportunity and I'll be more than happy to answer them for you. Capital at risk.
Kind regards, Hari
