No SM, interest at term.
Signed up to have a look, but cant get past AML screen. It wants a second line to my address which doesnt exist (fiddled that) and having filled in all mandatory fields (bizarrely the ID document isnt one) it just goes back to the form with no comment/explanation as to what it is doing. (Uses Contego AML) So either Ive done the check four times or it does need an ID doc which I dont have. Either no deals or wont show until AML passed. looks like it will be added to the list of my P2P non-starters.
7.2% rate is for 'individual investments', 'pooled investments' are 5-7%
Use to be Alpha Bridging

Rates of 5% - 7% with risks and no protection? ?? I do not think so. You need to do better than that.

Agreed,it doesn't get the juices flowing. At least with Octopus you can ( reasonably quickly) exit before term end. No loans yet on the site, only the locations where they might lend. Can anyone see their list of charges ?

Kuflink Bridging - formerly Alpha Bridging. Established 2011, lent £25m in over 250 transactions in those five years. So an average transaction of £100k, one a week. And a chairman whose background apparently ranges from IT to a miscellany of restaurant chains (one of which is mis-spelled on his profile).
Hmm.

Their lending company have full auth for consumer lending. Their online platform is not fully authorised from what I can see. I could be wrong.

2 current deals, both paying annualised 7.2% (240k & 44k, Essex and London)
1 loan full, 3 pending but no details on them yet.

Unfortunately, this just lead to the next frustration: no valuation reports. After a brief, but unenlightening live chat, I asked: 'I apologise for being blunt, but rather than wasting each other's time, am I correct in saying, you are not looking for lenders who want to perform due diligence on loans?' 34 minutes later came the reply: 'Yes you are correct ...'

If only all platforms were so honest.

Sorry but anyone who uses a 'k' where a 'c' should be in anything other than a humourous context is enought to put me off. What next, p2p r us.com ?
