stevio I didn't realise TCB was still available. It may be worth going that way. As a Plus member you would get an enhanced rate of 5.25% I believe. TCB Plus membership has a charge of £5 pa taken from the cashback but the 0.25% may make it worth your while. Can downgrade at start of year 2 if you don't think it's worth paying. Thanks, TCB used to be a little less reliable than Quidco, anyone had this paid by TCB?

Hi all, Thanks for your questions. r00lish67 & ben - We currently have around 5 deals in the pipeline and are looking to add some more Select-Invest deals onto the platform next week. I will keep everyone on here updated once the first of these has been confirmed. littleoldlady - The cashback offer will apply if you have completed the online Transfer In process of your existing ISA and have been given a Transfer Authority Form to sign and send to the given address. It usually takes around 17 days from this point for your funds to reach us. stevio - Unfortunately this offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other cashback offers. There are no restrictions on investments made per household. If you have any further queries or if there is anything that I have missed, please let me know. Kind regards, Danny

Ah, damn. Only just seen it! At an LTV of 26% though, and with 3% cashback though, I'm not surprised.

I thought the 3% cashback was just for the automated portfolio investments?

Hi all, The 3% cashback offer is only applicable to investments into Auto-Invest or ISA. Our latest deal was fully funded in less than half an hour which is much quicker than we expected, although granted it was only a £42,000 deal. We do have some more deals coming soon, with potentially another one being added tomorrow. However, nothing has been confirmed so I will keep you all updated once I have been given more information. shimself - Thank you for the suggestion. That sounds like a good idea and is definitely something that I will be mentioning to our directors. Perhaps this is something we can put in place for our smaller deals. Kind regards, Danny

Hi all,
Further to your suggestions, I thought I would let everyone know in advance that we will be adding a new deal tomorrow. It will be an "A-rated" loan on a 9 month term offering 6.5% pa gross. Loan-to-value will be 35.42%.
We will also be sending out an email shortly so if you have any questions, please let me know.
Kind regards, Danny

Hi ben, Taking our 20% stake into account, there will be £690,000 available for investment. This is a significantly larger deal than the one that went on the platform yesterday so I do not believe there are any plans to include any restrictions. Kind regards, Danny

Hi all,
Apologies for my earlier post. I have just been informed that it has now been confirmed that the borrower has received funds and we are pushing this deal live now.
We have also made some changes. Due to its size, none of our investors should miss out on this deal.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Kind regards, Danny

H****R Street I cannot see where the 90 day valuation comes from (it doesn't seem to appear on the report) Can we know more about the two unsatisfied CCJs please?

I note that some of the offices are still occupied by tenants. Can these leases be cancelled?
