£2.3m repaid. Interesting to see what happens to the SM PBL066/067 also on the repaid list -- another £1,020k With a nice 4.5% bonus. Nice - worth the angst if you were in the loan I guess.

With a nice 4.5% bonus. Nice - worth the angst if you were in the loan I guess. That's if they get the 4.5% bonus - we know the sale provided a shortfall, and no e-mail celebrating the PBL066/067 repayment (yet), so it will be interesting to see what exactly the PF will cover Good point, I assumed that the PF would only cover Capital, not interest and bonuses, but obviously this is purely my thoughts.

Received for the two defaulted loans - PBL066 and PBL067
1. All investors in this loan should now have 100% of the capital credited to their Lendy accounts.
2. Accrued interest will only be payable on successful enforcement action being taken against the borrower and/or valuer.
3. Bonus accrual payments will only be payable on successful enforcement action being taken against the borrower and/or valuer.

My Lendy email says otherwise:
1. All investors in this loan should now have the capital credited to their Lendy accounts.
2. All outstanding interest will be included in interest payments at the end of the month.
3. The bonus accrual payment has also now been credited to investor accounts.
I've just reinvested my payment. Doh! Oh well, time will tell.
PS I forgot to accept the Cowes invitation. Is it too late for me to attend with guest?

Expect to see this one a good deal in the future...

If there's a shortfall in the recovery of any loan - don't expect any interest/bonus!

Yep, the first crack in the 'nobody lost any money' wall .. 'nobody lost any capital' is still OK .. and maybe Ly will get lucky with the borrower or the valuers (which would be an event worthy of celebration).

"Bonus accrual payments will only be payable on successful enforcement action being taken against the borrower and/or valuer."
Please forgive my ignorance are "Bonus accrual payments" a penalty charge for having defaulted (i.e. over and above accrued interest)?
Also how is it calculated?

Yeah it makes sense to prepare the ground for capital loss by 'losing the interest'. Obviously puts a damper on excitement about bonus periods though. I would have thought they'd like to give a bit of a longer honeymoon, so maybe we're getting close to that first capital loss.

SM queue went from 6.2 million this morning to 5.6 million just now. That is £600K due to two default loans fully repaid today plus the additional loan repayment. SM queue is still decreasing.
Only another 5.6 million to go, to restore the former confidence!
