The late payment info should have been emailed by ablrate by 10.00.a.m this morning. This would negate the need to ask the question. A reason why the payment is late would also be helpful, Admin error, cash flow problems, Abl forgot to push the button, to name but a few. I am in several platforms and am an advocate of P2P lending. Ablrate must stop creating needless conjecture and inform customers in a timely fashion when they know a blip is going to happen. So, please could you give a reason as to why this payment is late? And please introduce some rules for staff to notify customers as quick as possible, so they can make alternate arrangements for the money they expected to receive.
