The Direct Debit for the borrower of loan 2817 was unsuccessful when attempting to take the payment. This usually occurs if the funds are not available in an account. The Direct Debit was then resubmitted and payment was taken. This was distributed to investors on 30/03/2014, 6 days later than the repayment date. Please note that we monitor all situations of late payments, and if necessary would investigate further in future, if this were repeated. Please can you confirm - a first late payment is not investigated, but a second one is? Have you spoken to this borrower and asked why funds were not in the account on the due date? When do you consider it "necessary" to investigate a late payment rather than just resubmit the DD and hope it clears the next time? Thanks Shocking!
