Is there a fairly solid list of exits and failures for Seedrs, Crowdcube, and others? A bit disappointing that they don't seem to track these themselves in a public way.

I doubt it. In many cases the agreement of an exit or a restructuring will be confidential. And in some cases the platform might not be a party to the agreement.

It is very complicated to compile a list or decent analysis or failures, as platforms almost always take out the unsuccessful campaigns and tries to minimze negative publicity.
