As expected my MLIA allocations into the recent wind loans have been pretty well a waste of time, with one exception! For #355 I got my full allocation and as I write there is >£20k on the SM. Had a quick re-scan of the proposal so see what I had missed but I still cannot see it? But there is obviously something .......

See table on page 13 credit report and the Q&A ... this is the one that is not currently GEIA eligible.

However, imo confidence can be gained from the fact that there is cross security across the entire group of 9 loans from the same borrower, AC have stated the following : "Whilst repayments will not be the responsibility of the other SPVs within the group, given there is cross security between all these loans it will be in the interest of the borrower to ensure that all loans are kept up to date."
Well at the end of the day we all have to do our own DD, but this one's good enough for me, especially as the MLIA allocations in the other windmill loans are so small. Yup, I'm in.
