Mark's been around for a long time. Andrew's been around as an Assetz (group) director for at least three years. Maybe AndrewH is being forced to share the sweets out more widely.  |

Rob is realtively new to the business, but an excellent person to have with us.
Mark joined us almost 4 years ago, as did Andy S. Both have been directors for a while.

Had three quit I would have been worried.
Not concerned about additions, you always need to expand at every level if you want to continue growing in the correct fashion.

I've been expanding at most levels. My 30" waist wedding trousers are now "an extremely tight pinch" for my 36" frame* * Possibly larger

As long as they don't start oversizing 30" so I find them falling down round my ankles I don't care.
