Rob is realtively new to the business, but an excellent person to have with us. Mark joined us almost 4 years ago, as did Andy S. Both have been directors for a while. Nothing to see here. Move along please. Apologies for getting back on topic...  andrewholgate: If Mark and Andy have been directors for a while, why do the 'corrected' records indicate that they were appointed on 18/Nov/16?

There was an internal mandate for them to vote etc. Admin oversight but the date at Co House isn't a major issue. We had the internal processes nailed.
