I thought all my birthdays had come at once earlier today on the sm.
Wimb prop at 2% premium paying 98.2% effective rate. The old adage, if it looks too good to be true.... Held me back.
On querying the entry FS had made a "small change" to the, loan as far as I can tell but I am clarifying that it's not systemwide, that created the anomaly. They have reversed the change.
Guess I will just need to stay up on Christmas Eve and see Santa coming down my bricked up chimney for his mince pie and sherry. Ho, Ho, Ho.

Stub,
as advised by email the change was specific to this loan - and only affected the display of the days remaining and the effective rate. The correct dates / rates would have been used had it been sold.
The change to this loan has now been reversed.

My excitement was tempered by the -ve days as they lock in from 30 days, also hadn't seen it approachingn that timeline and it was a 2% premium that was giving an insensible rate. Suitably ignored.
