It says that the renew button should be faded if it is intending to renew - it isn't. Wait and see i guess

It says that the renew button should be faded if it is intending to renew - it isn't. Wait and see i guess It will become faded only when the renewal is within hour(s) of happening. (I haven't watched carefully, but investors have until quite close to the renewal time before their decision becomes irrevocable.) Most of the time, an update appears saying that FS have received funds to cover what's owed, and the renewal date is imminenet -- and often specified in the update.

One of FS's significantly overdue property loans just repaid in full (2234007285 - was due to finish 20/10/2016). Good work given the 70% stated LTV.
In other news, the TVR has just been defaulted, anyone wanna buy a TVR for circa £6,500?

Interesting, in that it was the second charge holder who appointed the receivers, I wonder if they were repaid in full?

Industrial Units in Bootle - 2nd loan (2474421164), This one is being repaid from the new loan. Industrial Units in Bootle - Renewal (2703137461). Loan rolling over, with an increase to cover interest and above loan. valuation of the property has had an uplift, so the LTV stays roughly the same(convenient) I could find an existing thread, maybe I should have started a new one, hmm  |
