So after investing with wellesly co (when interest rates were higher) and investing with ratesetter. I decided to take the plunge with Bondmason savingstream and moneything. Obviously this post will reflect my experience ongoing at Bondmason. Currently at 13.20 12/11/16 have invested the bare minimum as a specific payment from my bank. It has not arrived/credited as it can take 2 days So far I look forward to investing in this platform.

After checking that my initial deposit would take 2 days to clear.I was initially worried when it took more than 2 hours.
A simple error on my part ...reading comprehension ..
Another email to the company about IF ISA offering during mid afternoon got me an email answer out of hours by Steven Findlay, (8pm)
I was not expecting an answer until the next morning.
So far I can only recommend this newer company!
My funds have cleared and are being moved through varying offerings to enhance diversification
Top notch!
Graham.

One of the best things I find with Bondmason is the response times, I have emailed Stephen and had a reply on evenings, Weekends and even while he was on holiday. 10 out of 10 in this department.

Absolutely. I'm impressed with that kind of personal touch. My only issue currently lies with the speed of cash being deployed. I invested the bare minimum and then followed through with a five figure sum.
From checking over the cash drag thread I understand it can take 28 days to be fully allocated.
It seems that they are getting more custom than they can reasonably service. Which in these days of perennially low interest rates is completely understandable.
I'd like my cake and eat it. High rates low risk and instant deployment.
Yes patience is the key.
I'd like to drop another 5 figure sum on them..
I've dabbled in moneything too. High rates, 0 defaults... But so hard to correctly identify good propositions with my background. Plus the free for all at 4pm nature of bidding means anything not limited is snapped up very fast. Especially on the secondary market.
Perhaps that 1% fee and relaxed attitude to letting BM take that initial research and refresh the page stress is worth it =)
Any hoo happy xmas everyone especially to the BM guys =)

Well not quite at my expected investment threshold. On my way. I did email and got a lightning fast reply My account was behind schedule but not by a lot. Xmas and new year was a delaying factor.
I have added more funds. Despite the fee. I must admit I have no background in finances so whilst I could throw funds at moneything (I have)
I would not be able to do due diligence.
Having some one capable of such with an impressive 2016 review like Bondmason Administer my funds with minimal input is sadly optimal.
New balances transferred have taken longer than MT to receive . That's fair. I did transfer EOD Friday.
I will update in a month.
