Andrew,
Thank you for eventually intervening in this matter - but it's a pity it has taken you so long to address these understandable, justifiable and growing lender concerns. Every P2P platform that I have seen go sour has been as a consequence of inadequate communication with lenders - a lesson which seems a hard one to learn.
I for one will be quite happy to draw a line under this - when it gets fixed. From my perspective (and I am not alone), your credibility as an efficient and well administered platform is in the balance at this juncture. Furthermore, I am not soothed by the unsolicited assurance that the loan is not toxic - it is not the loan itself with which I have any issue, it is its on-going ineffective administration. Interest 21 days late last month, 9 days late this month (so far), loan suspended apparently indefinitely - this is how I define a shambles. If your internal IT personnel do not have the expertise and/or experience to solve the problem then I suggest it is incumbent on you to employ professional external consultants to do. I also suggest that putting lenders 'on hold' for weeks on end is not an acceptable alternative.

Can I draw a line under this? No-one has lost money by this glitch. We are working to correct the matter.Posting statements of discontent about the matter rather than questions regarding the loan quality is not what the Q&A is for.The credit quality of the loan is still in good order. It is a technical problem. Please, I know you are feeling unhappy and your points have been made. Let us get on with fixing it rather than having to deal with continual comments of discontent. To repeat, no-one has lost money because of this.Pedant's hat on. When interest payments are late, that money cannot be re-invested nor can it earn anything in the QAA. It is effectively dead money. OK it's only pennies but it is annoying.

Every P2P platform that I have seen go sour has been as a consequence of inadequate communication with lenders - a lesson which seems a hard one to learn. Indeed. A question about late payment procedures sent to enquiries on 15th remains unanswered, as does a post on the same subject on the private board dating from the 12th.

Yes - this thread: <link to AC Pink Area more detailed discussion removed by Mod as the title contains the Borrower's name.>

How do I get access to this thread? I'm getting: "you don't have access to this thread". That's in the AC private board. To get access you need to talk to AC, who when they confirm that you are an AC lender then in turn pm admin and ask us to permission you for the board.

How do I get access to this thread? I'm getting: "you don't have access to this thread". If you are registered with Assetz Capital you can email them and ask for access to the AC private board on this forum. They will confirm your credentials to the Admin team of this forum who will then give you access. (Cross posted with registerme)
