Today the site says There are no loans available for investment at the moment
What is this? Ultra pickiness, mispricing, giving up on the platform?

Its remarkable that all the loans are going so quick even at 5.5% (although the last were over 6%). And no SM. i only logged in to withdraw the latest repaid loan monies. FC is much criticised, but with a fairly active SM its possible to get a good spread of secured property loans at half decent rates at the moment.

They must have heard the complaint. New loan at 4.5% Looks like the borrower is paying 7.68% for a 12 month loan and the LTV is 54%.

Glad I turned off auto-invest a few weeks back.
Just had £600 repaid on a loan. Swiftly followed by another new listing at 4%. Very low LTV but im now pulling funds out.
