Just wanting to wish everyone a happy Christmas and thank you for your support in 2016.
Office hours
We will be operating reduced operating hours until January, so processing of deposits and withdrawals will likely only happen daily. But if you have any concerns we will continue to monitor the usual email address: invest@bondmason.com
We will still be making loan investments over the festive period, but we are already seeing a bit of a drop off in activity, so volumes may be a little lower.
Looking ahead to 2017
We've been very lucky to receive support from so many new customers in 2016. At times, this growth outstripped our expectations and the availability of new loans, which has then led to slower-than-desired loan allocations. This is our priority for 2017 - we will aim to ensure clients are allocated their initial loans faster, and stay above the target 98% allocation.

I made my first deposit on the 24th and am just less than 40% allocated, though I have seen it show 40%. I know this month is slow and I'm OK with waiting vs getting poor loans, but was wondering if you did have time-scales for your queue at all? It'd be nice to set some expectations. From posts etc., I was thinking I should be a little ahead of where I am, despite the slowdown. I'd like to add some more funds (and compound your issue!), but I'm also looking to minimise the cash drag. Maybe wait until feb?

Merry Christmas to all at the (doubtless sumptuous!) BondMason Towers.
I see what you mean about the slowdown, I've had 4 figures waiting for quite a while and am now down to only 88% (lowest for many months, I think) deployed and probably a few more loans due to complete quite soon.
But then I'd rather have a bit undeployed than thrown down the drain into poor quality loans ...
Ah well, here's to an even better 2017 !

I've been away for a few days, but I know we've processed a few loans recently, and are above 90% across the platform. So hopefully this is filtering through into each of your accounts.
