Two weeks ago these looked okay... not sure now... waiting to see if anything else comes up before (and if) these go live.
If nothing changes, I will probably invest but only one third of my usual limit in each, treating the three as a single unit. Noting to watch carefully in case an early exit becomes the prudent choice.

I think the name of P**t***w was a bit naughty, as it isn't a lovely QUIET sea view, but if you study the map closely, you will see it is on the flight path of Bournemouth International Airport's main runway so if you like getting close up views of commercial jets (mainly Boing 737) this is the ideal place for you!

I wouldn't worry overly. There are previous few commercial flights out of Hurn (aka "Bournemouth Airport") these days. Tomorrow there are just 4, but it might reach the heady heights of double figures in summer. I wish it were otherwise as I wouldn't then need to trek to Gatwick as often. Most of the traffic at Hurn is light aircraft, except for the week of the Air Show when all hell breaks loose (Red Arrows, etc.)

I'm a newbie on the site, so treading carefully. I looked at these three and also noticed an airport issue, prompted by complaints about noise on Trip Advisor. From the map provided PBL150 seems to be around 700 metres from the end of the runway. It is worth considering that noise from overflying aircraft doesn't only relate to scheduled flights.
I couldn't find anything definitive but looking through the airport's development plans it appeared that there was an intention to build a spur road to the airport that would pass between PBL150 and the adjacent one. A sketchy report I found suggested that it was likely to be done 2020/2021. Along with the fact that the valuation sounded like a cut and paste from a holiday brochure, it was enough to put me off but I can't guarantee my 'research' was correct. More skilled diggers might be able to come up with better information if they are interested.

Hi and thanks for the reply.
Bournemouth Airport's Masterplan.pdf is an old document produced in 2007 outlining the intentions for up to 2015 and thence beyond to 2030.
In addition to showing significant northerly airport development on page 46 and proximity of runway and sites, it shows a future intended A338 link which seems quite clearly to pass between two sites before entering the airport grounds. That would leave them both bounded on two sides by the A338 dual carriageway and end on to the runway. Local reporting was near non existent but I found a snippet somewhere suggesting it might be on the cards for around 2020/21.

OK , so according to the latest update, the 3 caravan parks are not now going live until January. Probably February 2017... ...maybe?

email received saying hope to go live next week (W/c 30th Jan) Ah , the "h" word again ....... It is this statement, that I found revealing; "Finally, over the past week, we've been in the news, with announcements that we've now raised over £250m from property investors, and made some new senior appointments to support the business. We're also putting the finishing touches to a new fixed rate bond, which will wrap an attractive interest rate around a diverse property portfolio. More details to follow."What this means for the existing online business, Saving Stream have built up, that we have all participated in, I just don't know...

I picked up on this, but I'm looking at it from a different angle, "a diverse property portfolio" doesn't come across as investing in loans on the platform to me

/mod hat off
Allowing for marketing-speak it sounds a lot like an SS version of ACs QAA or GBBA to me .. will soak up x% of all loans on/off of the platform (iirc Lendy does some loan business not visible via Savingstream), offering a lower, probably fixed, interest rate, but no effort involved and some sort of PF/'guarantee' that the rate will be met of exceeded. Not, probably, good news for active investors, but I am willing to be pleasantly surprised (to offset the unpleasant surprise of 8% loans 20x over-funded). Not for me, but 6% autobiddy-grannies might flock to it in droves.

Have a look what other sites are offering on mini bonds. I can't remember the exact figure, but W*****y & C* (not sure if I could mention another P2P lender on here) are not offering any where near 6%.
I can't see SS offering 6% when the competition is offering 2.5%.
