Fairly big update dated yesterday - 26th.
26/10/2017 - We are in daily conversations with the borrower and our solicitors and full repayment is still expected before the end of October 2017.
To make this statement 4 days before month end is a big statement and they must be confident this will happen.

Water under the bridge now, but the local council has now backed down in its dispute over permanent residential rights at the T*** T***s Park and accepted that the residents are within their rights to live there throughout the year. The fact the same council had been charging them full Council Tax for years is reported not to have helped their case!

Much appreciated this update. It could be relevant for numeous reasons even some we do not yet know about. (e.g If same borrower applies for a future loan.)
