Perhaps Lendy will be kind enough to update the portal to explain where the missing two apartments are that the loan was secured against but were never auctioned off... I suspect our loan was never secured against these two and probably the real LTV was more like 80%. Straight mis-selling. Have you not raised a query on this with Lendy yet? This might provide essential evidence to allow investors to repudiate our Agency Agreement with Lendy

Have you checked with the auction house that their particulars were correct? The Lendy valuer seems to have seen the apartments. The planning was for 11 and 11 appear on the valuation office website for Council Tax. So my guess is the particulars are wrong on the auction site.

Lendy support were asked a while back but didn't provide any information other than they would not comment above and beyond updates. I'd have thought if it was a listing issue with the auction house, they would have been keen to confirm this quickly.
