Hi Dude you seems to have your figures wrong should be 3430000 loan on 4900000 asset but hardly surprising given the volume of loans

Also wonder why given this is a £3mln loan its at 11% and given all other loans will this be left to linger or will people say 11% is almost 12% so what the hell ! (Another foot on the slippery slope )
I shall be avoiding on principal, and its only 6 months !

If this one sounds vaguely familiar, it is because part of the security offered here was offered against an AC loan in the late summer / early autumn of 2014 that never drew down (loan 122 , W*** W*** Ap******ts Limited , £1.62m @ 11%) Was mentioned here, and I think some money is still owed to borrowers (interest up to the failed drawdown?) Also, the borrower is connected to many loans on FS... 2069546549, 2726405440, 3050213967, 1197528220, 5257926445, 3057909038, 2009515053 All the same borrower (I** R*******) Some of the security involves the same castle
