Yes. My loan parts are already on the sales queue. I am just trying to decide whether to leave them there, or cancel the sales, and ride it out. That depends upon how fast the queue is moving and how long you estimate it will take for you to reach the front.
I usually make a note of the queue at the start of each day (EDIT: for loans which I'm selling); this can give a good estimate.
EDIT: Personally, I'm not selling DFL012 so I'm not really keeping track of the sales queue.

There's currently £856K on the secondary market so you may have no choice in the matter sadly. Yes. My loan parts are already on the sales queue. I am just trying to decide whether to leave them there, or cancel the sales, and ride it out. I don't think you have much chance to sell. The £800k+ queue has been there since latest tranche was drawn on 16th June. It is moving, around 6k was bought today, but at this speed it can take 5 months to sell (or longer because the term is getting shorter).

What's the general view, Oh Wise Ones? Is DFL012 worth holding until it pays, or is there likely to be a default with this one? In other words, "Should I stay or should I go now?" Drive past it every day, development is moving ahead as planned, no issues here at all for me, will hold till the end.

There is a 7 million loan (or thereabouts) due to repay before long.

Although there is currently £854k on the SM, the sales queue is only £559k. So approx. £300k of the SM total is held by LY - presumably unsold tranche bits - and SM sellers queue jump that and start at £559k to go. My loan parts still up for sale are moving steadily but slowly up the queue. This remains a popular loan with buyers every day. My last loan part sales in DFL012 were listed on the SM on 2 June and sold yesterday, on 11 July. The sales queue when I listed those parts (if I recall correctly) was around £500k so estimated sell out time is currently 6 weeks ish.

I might be wrong, but I recall the queue was around £200+ at the beginning of June. I've got too much in this loan and wanted to sell 75% of my holding, but decided against it because of the queue. I should have done what you did

I should have done what you did Similarly been caught with an above average holding, and while I would prefer to reduced purely to get below 5% of my portfolio, I prefer to hold and not lose the interest, especially as I have this as marked as one of the lower risk loans available and I am happy to hold to term.

But it is definitely correct that loan parts I listed on 2 June sold on 11 July. My LY account confirms that.

There is a 7 million loan (or thereabouts) due to repay before long. Hmmm... £7M before long...
Let's be even more optimistic: There is £45M that is due to repay before now!
Most of these have been due to repay for much longer than 'before long'. (I think that makes some sort of sense).
Much of this stuff (£23M) has been due to repay for well over 6 months.
That'll free up the SM!

It might have to wait until after Cashy Cowes Week though.

Views from the building. I'd rather see the building TBH. <snip> Ask and ye shall receive! Taken today at sunset (hence why they're a little dark) However, this week has seen the exterior glazing commence at pace!
