I might be wrong, but I recall the queue was around £200+ at the beginning of June. I've got too much in this loan and wanted to sell 75% of my holding, but decided against it because of the queue. I should have done what you did Similarly been caught with an above average holding, and while I would prefer to reduced purely to get below 5% of my portfolio, I prefer to hold and not lose the interest, especially as I have this as marked as one of the lower risk loans available and I am happy to hold to term. It is 8% of my SS portfolio, far too much, but it looks like this one is likely to complete and repay. I will hold to term and hope for the best.

So much of this on the SM and a new tranche today. We know that large loans tend to feature on the SM a lot anyway as people get their allocation and worry about liquidity, but this seems a lot to me. Something I'm missing? Not like that ever happened before....

Not like that ever happened before.... It's just over 7% of the total loan, so not a lot different to many others and by no means the highest percentage.

Conspiracy Theory or SUBTERFUGE ! OK so I looked at the Video on build progression - the one with the project manager T**** B***** - its easy enough to find and it's clearly signposted from the update page It's kinda nice to see the happy northern chappy project manager giving us an open and honest update about the work progressing on site -- what really bugs me is the blue shirt he is wearing -- at the beginning of the video you will notice his hi-vis jacket obscures the chest pocket - it looks quite awkward and untidy - but I figured - he's a nice enough guy - lets see what he says - what is disturbing though is like two and a half minutes into the video, when he chats about the installation of the swimming pool - the hi-vis has moved and there's a logo now visible - correct me if i am wrong but I think it says "Subterfuge" - a little later in the video the Hi-Vis again conceals this logo - in my opinion this concealment is deliberate. Now whilst I'm not one to spread rumours I had to look up a dictionary definition and found the following :- subterfuge noun deceit used in order to achieve one's goal. synonyms: trickery, intrigue, deviousness, evasion, deceit, deception, dishonesty, cheating, duplicity, guile, cunning, craft, craftiness, slyness, chicanery, bluff, pretence, fraud, fraudulence, sophistry, sharp practice; It kinda leaves me to question - am I being taken for a mug or am I reading too much into this - will I sleep tonight - am I in or am I out (Do hope I don't get the PM into trouble)

Seriously tho . . . .
I do think it's quite quaint and refreshing that (presumably) quite large companies are engaging their customers (and investors) in this way - the PM (you gotta like him) is obviously not totally at ease with the situation that he has been placed in and therefore (imho) in a far better position to settle the nerves with a progress report rather than some slick and oily professional towing the party line

Tranche 12 now live. The full tranche amount of £140,327 was added to the loan. Allocation was at least £10k.
Simultaneously, the SM value dropped by £100k.
Was excess prefunding directed at reducing the SM value?

Was excess prefunding directed at reducing the SM value? I'm not sure they have been diverting excess funding into the SM (because I suspect that would not be allowed), but I am beginning to suspect that unfilled parts of tranches are being 'recycled'. I.e. 100k left on SM from old tranche is bundled into new tranche. This gets it off the SM via the pre-funds, when it's otherwise stuck at the back of the queue. Glad to see the SM clearing up, but not sure if this is totally honest (if indeed it is happening).

Am I right to presume that of the Tranche 1 - 3.5m and Build costs 6.3m = 9.8m
9.2M already lent so there will be further tranches up to the total 9.8m - Leaving roughly 0.6k worth of tranches.

Fairly steady SM demand for this one. The real "queue" almost disappeared earlier and is still only £15k or so; the rest is Lendy's holding, which may well disappear too tomorrow if it's added into the small new tranche to help fill pre-fund requests.
