Good to see more progress. However I can't see this being completed within the remaining 52 days.
That said, I am comforted by the 55% LTV.

However, the sales won't complete until the building is finished, therefore my point is that repayment will still be some way off. An optimistic guess is Feb/March, after a loan extension.

Is this loan popular because the building looks good and it appears to be a professional job?
Or is there objective information that it's on budget etc?

I don't dispute the above positive views but I decided a month or so ago that it would be a great time to sell out and move into something less Lendy.

Any news on when the next tranche is going to be added to the pipeline? The last update said the next tranche will be added to the pipeline shortly and it's gone quiet.

Thank you so much for the update/photo Timmy, I am over weight this project so the fact that the building is making good progress is very uplifting. My confidence is very high thanks to your updates that this will end well. I mostly agree, but without all the windows in yet, I doubt very much that they will finish it within the 31 days remaining on the loan term, so expecting an extension of several months.

Excuse my ignorance but I've finally been sufficiently overcome by curiosity to look up the origins of the name H**********.
I probably can't say much here other than point readers to search on Wikipedia which has an interesting article.
The current development appears to be progressing well and I'm pleased to report that they're don't seem to be any active volcanoes in the vicinity.
