Ahh ok. if its a voting thing I'll send them an email You'll have to if there's no "begin vote" button in the email. The text can be seen in the 22 Dec update on the loan activity tab, and on the actual Monkey vote page.

I was, like others, strongly inclined to vote for A due to the borrower’s recent personal tragedy. However AC’s answer to a q on the Q&A has me wondering now. Option A I took as being a reasonable & compassionate proposal, with all parties making efforts to support the borrower. Tagging andrewholgate in case the question was misinterpreted / answered by a less experienced Xmas stand-in support staff. Happy Xmas to all.

Would a new loan agreement be drawn up? If so, surely this would remain free for lenders to request to read, presumably with the various fees and interest being paid laid bare?

Yes, I believe lenders have a right to request a copy of the agreements (& have done so in the past). As a first port of call however imo it's incumbent on AC to answer the questions straightforwardly. I would expect AC to have acted honourably following the tragic events, but the answer given so far raises doubts. Perhaps simply a case of bad Q&A handling, I hope so.
