This is a place for whining, bitching, kvetching, complaining, and at this time of year, Bah Humbugging. Yet here you are, trying to come across as post-Scroogeish, attempting to convince us that in an admittedly imperfect world you and your team are striving to maintain a positive attitude and continue to work to ensure the best possible outcomes both for the company and for all its clients within the borrow/lend spectrum. And, like, you care. Yeah, right. Please, please tell me that I don't need to splash emojis around - you're all far too intelligent for that. Have a great, and well-earned, holiday, y'all.
