It's a well known** issue that SS frequently screw up if you make N =identical= transfers on the same day. Different amounts, fine, different days, fine .. same amount and day, they are apt to misplace all but one of them. ** i.e. has been documented here several times already. Thanks, point is now noted, no more same day multiple deposits. Or just do what I saw someone else on here doing, and vary the amount by 1 pence...

Yep could do, but i think i will just avoid the potential hassle by only making one deposit per day, don't want to confuse the minions.  |

Depends on who you bank with. Different banks have differing limits.
I recently moved circa £100k using my NationWide account (all in sub £10k payments as there is still a £10k transaction limit) in one day.
I think I saw a post somewhere here quite recently giving daily and transaction limits for the main bank's FPS.

Thanks will have a look at that, have had to check with p2p platforms aboit accepting more than one linked account, hsbc is the offender!

Yep, Nationwide flex account, 10k limit in one transaction, but no limit on how many transactions, and very good customer services.
