Does Investly support sending/withdrawing money with Paysera? What other options exist besides bank wire transfer?

We can accept payments from Paysera, but also Transferwise and Currencyfair. The key thing here is that we need to receive your bank account details from the third party service provider. This is due to European anti-money laundering regulations. If the payment comes from, say, Paypal, via Paysera, then we cannot accept it. If it comes from the bank account you have on file with Investly, but via a third party service provider, then we can accept it, given that the third party payment data includes your bank account details.

Thank you kristjan for your reply. I don't have a Paysera account (yet) but as far as i know it is very much like a normal bank account with account holder's personal details, personal account IBAN, etc. I was thinking to open an account with them to transfer money between my p2p platforms without the need to withdraw first the funds to my home country's bank account (and therefore save some money from the bank transfers). So, in that case you would receive my Paysera account details, is this a valid payment/withdrawing option for Investly?

I'm not entirely sure it would work that way, since the transfer would have to come from your bank account, but via Paysera. A bank has to make sure you are who you say you are. Paysera and other service providers rely on banks for that. This is why we can only accept bank transfers and transfers from third parties that originate from a bank account.
We also accept deposits and process withdrawals using Transferwise, which should be cheaper than your regular wire transfers (depending on the amount, of course). Of course, that only works if your regular bank account is in a different currency.

I am new to Investly, my problem is that when I registered on the Investly website I entered my current account data in Romanian currency, I did not know at that time that you did not provide a currency conversion service. In my country, the international bank transfers in EUR have commissions of over 50 Euros, so I thought at the time that it is more advantageous for me to make the bank transfer in RON and you to convert. I send Investly support an email asking to change my IBAN because I have erroneously registered a RON (Romanian Curency) IBAN account from which I can not make international transfers. The answer was: the problem is that I can not make an international bank transfer to prove my identity, because the account is not in EUR, but it seems that the Investly team is not concerned about solving the problem of the clients, but just giving those standard answers for a support / call center employee.

Following my complaint, I was contacted by Kristjan by email, explained to me the steps I must take, and the deposit was made without any problems. Money came to my investor account in less than 24 hours.
Thanks Kristjan for your help!

I want to add funds to my investor account in Great Britain Pounds Sterling, but my problem is I do not have a GBP bank account and I do not know how to do the transfer. Please tell me if I can transfer money via money tranfer service (Transferwise) because I already made a bank transfer for my investor account in EUR and my account was verified. If not, please tell me what solutions do I have to make the deposit.

Hello, If you want to use the same EUR account for your GBP deposits (via Transferwise), then all you have to do is enter the same details and wire the money via Transferwise. Because we have your EUR bank account confirmed already, you won't have to verify it again. However, please remember to add your unique account nr to the transaction description. You will find your unique number from the pop-up window after clicking on deposit inside the Investly application. You can email me directly in case you have any further questions (kristjan(at)investly(.)co).
