What is the annual return expected for manually investing with AC (MLIA account)? And what is the average loan term? Do they have a liquid SM?

No idea (mine is around 11%), loans from 5 months to 5 years, generally yes although slower than SS, it is normally moving on most unrestricted loans. AC will freeze trading on loans in trouble though and this may be until the loan is wound up which can be years.

That entirely depends on the mix of loans you choose. My average gross rate is still around 11.5% but my total is down to half of what it was, as it's now impossible to replace better quality older 10% - 12% loans as they repay. Conversely it would be pretty easy to create a diverse portfolio that yielded around 9%.

Before P2P, savers put a guinea in a piggy bank, now they smash the banks to become guinea pigs.

Hi, extremisThe return depends on the amount you wish to invest, and the level of diversification you want. If you want to diversify into 50 loans or more, and have £10,000 to invest, expect about 9.5%, and a month to get invested. Average loan term is about 2-3 years. Liquidity varies a lot from one loan to the next. Loans can be bought and sold at discount, but AC often suspend loans where discounting might be relevant.

I am running at 10.9% across about 45 loans.
SM is ok on everything except some loans which are fairly large or have had repayment issues and are monitored.
For the record, I have 3 suspended loans at the moment but probably only 1 with real issues.
