Hi r00lish67 , We are still working on setting up our secondary market, you should expect an announcement regarding the live date in the near future. Olivia kuflink I can see you've been busy implementing other things, but with no SM present 14 weeks after it was to be launched in the 'coming weeks' and no promised announcement about an SM either which was to be expected in 'the near future' 7 weeks ago, can we have a proper update? Ideally some details as well as schedule would be handy e.g. is it par-only/variable? Are there any fees?

Over one month and counting, and seemingly no interest in transferring my money because "they're still awaiting an internal process before sending funds". On this basis, I can't recommend Kuflink as a home for ISA money.

Hi jcb208, we’re still busy working on our secondary market and we'll have this in testing soon. We hope to be in a position to provide more firm dates for launch very shortly.

kuflink 5 weeks on and still no sign of you acting on my ISA transfer request, plus no responses to my communications about this. On behalf of other customers who might be thinking of investing ISA funds with you, Can I ask what your targets are for ISA transfers out? Thank you.

Same here. The money has been sitting in cash since 11th Oct - 48 days! Customer Services blame "another department" but have promised that the investment will be back dated once it is eventually actioned. On the plus side, the rate has gone up in the meantime.

Hi kuflink , not to detract from those with ISA transfer problems that need resolving, but given the delay would you mind sharing a little detail as to the bare bones of how the SM will work? I ask this on the assumption that if you're about to enter testing, then the design of the SM must be long since complete and these details should be well understood by now.
