Money now credited after using the chat facility (with Ranj) to ask them to investigate Lucky you. Mine is still stuck. I have had emails from Ranj promising action but none so far. Might be an idea to call them. I did not get an email saying it had been credited but looking at the ISA dashboard this morning I can see the total was credited late yesterday and was invested immediately.

Still waiting but no action. Ranj always responds quickly but only to say it's another dept.

Oh dear kuflink - maybe a patronising reply from your CEO could explain how all the issues raised here are actually good things? While there, thank him for his last input on here - seems I was lucky it put me off & I pulled my pending investments. On a serious note, as a low value investor coming on here with another investment maturing (looking at where to put it next), these issues, delays & yet more woeful comms are very telling! |

I like Kuflink but would invest a lot more if they included self select in their ISA as I want monthly repayments not yearly ones

No, another 2 months gone by and the cash is still waiting to be invested. If they don't eventually credit me with interest back to the start of this shambles I will resort to the Small Claims Court.

It's just that I have never used the Ombudsman but I have won several cases in the Small Claims Court. How easy is it? Never personally used it, but I hear it is meant to be a cost free way for the little person to get justice - Martin Lewis seems to like & recommend it. Bit like a free (to us) mediation service with power to award money.

At last they have finally invested the cash into an ISA. However they say they cannot backdate the start of it so I will have to wait 12 months from today to get access to my funds. They say they will credit my account with backdated interest so I will wait hopefully for that, but I am not clear whether that will be ISA cash or not.
