For those interested in the cashback deal
I got message that one has to invest in loans that have at least 6 months left to run. A 6 month loan that is already running would not qualify.
That leaves a handful of loans on the primary market plus some on the secondary market. The SM has few loans below 500.

I asked. They do count (because they will go into the Select-Invest account). Here is the response
"Yes, any loan parts that you buy on the Secondary Market will count towards the cashback, as long as they have a term of 6 months+ left."

We shall now see just how good kuflink are with finishing off loans.the updates,repayment,results of this batch of loans will determine if I continue to lend to any further projects or start to withdraw any funds as and when available.hopefully kuflink are on top of this and know that the repayment of loans on time is as important as the funding of them to keep the wheels turning.

Did any one of the loans get paid at the weekend, got quite a few that are being extended at the moment...No comms from Kuflink about extentions...

No, another 2 months gone by and the cash is still waiting to be invested. If they don't eventually credit me with interest back to the start of this shambles I will resort to the Small Claims Court. Ombudsman first maybe? I used the Ombudsman but there is a flaw in their system. They will not take any action until the other party has issued a 'Final Decision' so if the firm just keeps promising to put things right but never does the Ombudsman will never take on the case. However they did write to KL, just to inform them of my complaint, but by then they had finally put the funds into an ISA wrapper, albeit one with a much later maturity than it should have been.

This loan is now in arrears and we’re working with the borrower to achieve repayment. We have therefore extended this loan until 30th April.
