So all my loans that were due to be paid in March, then April are now being re-financed for approx 6 months, no wonder Kuflink can claim they have never lost anyone's money, because they keep kicking the can down the road. So my short term loans (that i took for a reason) are going to be over a year and thats if they pay then.... Not good imo #shambles Why wouldn't they issue them as new loans? Then pre-existing investors can reinvest under the new term if inclined, and those wishing to withdraw can do so as originally contracted.

red, a bit late, but I have had pointed advice in the past to that sort of question (that I took as rude, but now wish I had listened to) - along the lines of; there is no guarantee of returns or payment dates in P2P & if you need that you shouldn't be in P2P. I think your idea has merits - you could even hike the rate (bridging a bridging loan), but alas when we are the small investor in P2P, we don't call the tune, neither on the contract terms nor even the application of them. Overruns seem to be the norm.

Until very recently the select invest page used to show the amount I have already invested, now this figure is not shown, please can it be restored?
I can confirm that this feature has only been removed temporarily.
They are going to be re-introducing it fairly soon however, they are just making a few changes to the platform to make it a lot faster for all investors.

There seems to be some sort of ID check when you log on , seems odd to me. I have asked them about it.

Its some sort of yearly Anti Money Laundering check. No doubt will be lots or trouble to small investors like me. I dont know why we were not circulated / emailed about this before now - were we ?
It makes me feel like a criminal so I dont like this sort of thing.

Even more annoying is the fact that when I click on the link I get the message but no option to fill in any details.
After 5 attempts I got a form which I filled in. Then it told me I must upload a damn photo of my passport or driving licence. I have better things to do than sit around taking pictures plus the fact that I am not going to send an ID picture with all my details via the internet in any event.
Come on Kuflink get your act together. I want to be able to access my accounts and the secondary market. This is very poor PR and will make some people think twice about further investments with you, which is a shame as you were becoming a very good platform

talk about KYC checks it was bloody easier to get my passport.so much info sent to complete strangers,still waiting for my account to be verified after sending everything required and then asked to send a bloody selfie to complete verification.i hope kuflinks data protection is up to the mark.

I wonder what this is all about , the recent Lendy AML checks were online and we did not have to do anything other than check what was already online was still OK. Why is this so difficult ?

I've just completed mine and it was literally filling out a few personal details, bank details and uploading a couple of photographs of your ID. Oh, and a selfie with a webcam. Didn't take more than 5 minutes.

The're making a mountain out of a molehill. As has already been said, Lendy managed to sort this out without all this palaver. I have gone through the process twice and they say it still isn't satisfactory. I have emailed back to ask what is needed now but have not received a reply.
