I've just received the following helpful email from kuflink: I can confirm you can start referring friends in your cooling off period however you will receive cashback for these referrals until 14-21 days after their investment! You will qualify for cashback with reserve deals however, please note cashback will not be paid until 14-21 days after the deal goes live.

So today is the last day for the current cashback deal, so join and lend £200 today to earn £100 cashback otherwise from tomorrow you will need to invest £500, which is still a good deal.

The offers are lower risk than the 12% sites that seem to be upsetting so many on the forum, so they are worth a look.

On another forum, an interesting question was asked: what happens if you sign up using the link of someone who has still to complete their 14 day cooling off period? It has been suggested that the link should only be made available after the 14 days. Hello Paul, You can refer a friend, they will have to make a minimum investment of £200 before midnight on 12/04/2018 to ensure you are both eligible for the cashback! However, you not be paid cashback until 14-21 days after your friends investment! Olivia Kuflink rep, Would it be best to phone you up, as i don't seem to be getting an answer ? Paul

Can you please decide who is right as soon as possible, and post a confirmation on here.

I see that the T's and C's have now been updated to say that you can refer friends during the 14 Day cooling off period.

Liz Having been with 3 p2? platforms long enough to judge - the 4th was cut very short when they lent my money at 2.2%  - I feel that comms is the area that lets the industry down. I don't want bank grade gloss, but I certainly don't want closer to "bob's workplace lottery syndicate" grade!

kuflink I referred someone under the original offer but neither of us have received the cashback. Has there been a delay in paying the cashback? Anyone else had problems with the original £100 for £200 investment offer? I have referred a few people - I have noticed that the referral counter does not always update, I contacted them via Livechat about this and they were looking into it. It was annoying as it was 4 over 1 weekend! Molly handled the Livechat and said they'd get the tech people to look into it.

keystone, is it possible that they were in a reservation investment? If so, the clock starts when the investment locks in. Ask them for the last 4 digits of the reference Kuflink asked them to use with their bank transfer - that is their customer number.

keystone@jnm21 is correct, referral cashback and commissions are paid 14 days after a deal has gone live. This is to keep in line with the 14 day cooling off period. In any case, please PM me your email and I'll ensure the monies are paid correctly. Kind regards, Hari
