2-3 week old news already but I only just came across this on their website. I guess it doesn't mean too much as far as we're concerned? On the "about-us" page.
UPDATE: 12/12/16 After some months in preparation, Noman has decided to launch a new venture, separate to FundingSecure, the details of which will be announced at a later date. Noman remains a shareholder with an active interest in FundingSecure but, as he will be focussing all of his energy on the new venture, he will be stepping back from the day-to-day business for the immediate future.

I guess it doesn't mean too much as far as we're concerned? michaelc: ISTM that it all depends on whether losing Noman's input means FS's thin team becomes overworked/overstretched as a result, and has more difficulty keeping on top of things -- especially chasing overdue loans/borrowers. Perhaps fundingsecure would care to comment here.

Certainly seems thatco founder has the experience to continue the work Norman and he have done going forwards. I hope he has quality team round him. I would question succession planning though and key personnel cover? Needs something put in place pdq imho.

Certainly seems thatco founder has the experience to continue the work Norman and he have done going forwards. I hope he has quality team round him. I don't have any doubts about the quality of the management, but the team is quite small -- the About Us on the website says they are a team of nine, and the photo there shows nine people, including Noman -- so the issue is whether they have a strong enough team to keep on top of things, particularly chasing overdue loans/borrowers. We all have to hope they do or, if they don't, that they recognise their shortcomings and can take steps to recruit whatever extra help they need.
