Both scripts are now broken. Loans pages now have new information regarding interest.
While I fix this, you may want to disable the scripts to make the web pages work again. (first page of this thread has instructions).

0risk, glad to see you're still on the scene in SS, even if only a little.
SS adding columns has made a little work for you; maintaining compatibility with an evolving site can be troublesome. Keep up the good work.
I've never previously bothered to watch the 'defaults' page but The latest changes from SS seem to make the 'defaults' page more dynamic so I will be monitoring that one more closely in future.
Cheers,
twoheads

twoheads Thank you twoheads! It's a pleasure. Adapting the scripts took a bit of work indeed, but I had to do it anyway. I couldn't live without both of them.

0risk I have been using your wonderful script "filter loans" for a while now, one of the older releases. With 1.9 in Firefox I am experiencing a flaw where the amount to buy is not filled in (on those very rare occasions when something worthwhile becomes available). I installed it by copy & pasting from your source code. I notice there is a warning at line 82 and was wondering if that could be causing my problem.

I reproduced the problem with GreaseMonkey in Firefox. I don't know the reason. I just noticed there is TamperMonkey for Firefox too. Did you try it ? It worked fine for me.

Hello 0risk, first of all I wanted to tell you a big and fat THANK YOU for revolutionizing my way about using Saving Stream. I've just registered in this forum in order to tell you this, but I'm a long time reader anyway. Before using your scripts to improve my user experience about SS it was quite frustrating staying entire hours per day in front of the avaiable loans in order to get interesting offers only to just see them snatched away almost evrey single time. Before using your scripts I was successful in subscribing to offers 20% of times at most, now I'm successful 70-80% of times... I think there is quite a difference here! I changed the script a bit in the part where it is computed the interval between refreshes: in order to avoid problems with SS DDOS protection systems I made it random between two bounds, 10 and 20 seconds in my case. In case SS complains one can always answer he's just hitting the reload button from the browser: I don't think there is any way for them to tell the difference between a random reload made by a script and a reload made by a user at a random time. Said that I would like to ask SS developers to implement an autobidder directly within their site! I mean why a user should stay the entire day over a page just to invest money? It's a nonsense and the autobidder would solve the problem nicely: it would be much safer too for the user because he wouldn't use any external tool. Not saying that the wonderful work made by 0risk poses any security threat by itself, but it uses external libraries as well as an external framework and so in all these entities the bugs are always a danger. This way you could implement policies in order to make investments for evreyone fairer, like slowing down investments for people who have already invested a certain sum within a day, for example. I would also like to answer to people asking the ban of 0risk's scripts from the forum, or even forbidding to talk about that. I've got already a mommy guys and it's more than enough! I mean it's right to warn users about the potential threats in using scripts on critical sites such as financial ones like SS, but that's it, the final decision must belong only to the user! If the above mentioned user doesn't understand the full implications of using these kinds of scripts then it's only his own problem: this is a place for adults after all, not irresponsible kids! 0risk I want to conclude this long first post thanking you again for your beautiful work and I hope you will keep it mantained even in the future, hoping SS decides to implement a decent autobidder and the possibility to sort colums in tables throught their website... PS Ah right... I've forgotten about people whining about the use of these scripts being "unfair" too! How in the hell is a public domain script unfair? Because most users don't even know what tamper monkey is for example? The possibility is out there avaiable to evreyone, if they are too lazy to use it it's only their own problem. In the jungle if a lazy lion doesn't want to hunt it doesn't go to other lions whining it's unfair, it just adapts or dies.

Thank you drakend for the nice words. I'm really flattered by your testimonial. An auto-bidder would be great. I agree 100% with all that you said. And I don't understand why several columns such as "remaining term" are not sortable.
Yes, I'll be around and try to keep the tools running. But hopefully they won't be needed in the future.

0risk - thanks for such a great tool! Would it be possible to tweak it just a little to also have the choice to allow only a "minimum rate" of loan to be displayed (i.e., display nothing below 12%, etc). Currently the option is to highlight 12% loans and sort them by date, which is fine, but all the other 8/10/11% still get in the way (especially during a clogged up SM). It would be helpful if we could keep to highlight a percentage rate, but also remove other rates altogether regardless of days remaining. Keep up the good work!

FILTER LOANS: version 1.10 New version released, with: - setting to hide loans below a certain rate (badRate = 11); - information about total number of loans and amount in SM source code: openuserjs.org/scripts/0risk/FilterLoans/source To update you can either copy and paste the script or use TamperMonkey built-in auto-update. For security reasons, I'd recommend to update it manually. If you have difficulty in updating, I can write some instructions. Note: TamperMonkey is also available for Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, Opera Next, according to their site: tampermonkey.netVisit the site if you want to show some gratitude and make a donation.
