forestry / biomass storage. They've made a couple of payments on time so far, now nearly a couple of weeks late. No comment from FC yet. Perhaps FC should have a bot that automatically posts "we are chasing the borrower for payment" after a week. It might not get the money in any faster, but at least it might make lenders happier

Perhaps the automatic comment would be 'we should be chasing the borrower for payment'.

Strange. I thought that FC had not commented on this lateness - Yet when I check again today there is indeed the ubiquitous note "we are chasing the borrower for payment". Perhaps I somehow missed it before.

I don't recall seeing that comment there before either. I have a small stake in this loan and am watching with interest to see how this pans out.
Just checked my account and the comment is there now, dated 13th May. Next time I see a late loan without a comment after more than five days, I'm taking a screenshot for safe keeping so I don't start doubting my sanity later...

That comment was there before today, it's in my personal copy of "Last Status" for shaky/shady/dead loans  I know FC sometimes play fast and loose with timelines and silent retro-edits, but not this time.

Borrower has apparently now made a payment to FC (thanks for chasing, folks *waves*).
Not sure what to think about this one now. I didn't have a great rate on it anyway; might have to be ritually sacrificed at the autobid altar.
