as i have said before about this borrower. lendy need to get his ar*se into the office and find out what the f**k he is playing at because sod all is getting completed/refinanced/sold etc etc.go round the sites with him and his team and then give us some proper updates instead of the seeking enhanced planning so the GDV will be much higher.making the LTV look much lower and more attractive to lenders to fund.at least 2 of these schemes should have been completed now and full of students.most are still bits of land which WE have paid millions for and are not worth nowhere near the valuations.no wonder his latest tranches are not filling when all they are for is bloody extensions and other costs.lendy contact by phone once a month is no good.get him in and let him know that enough is enough as he will see with nothing getting funded which probably started when this scheme dfl013 went IA many months ago.you have given him to much rope and he is hanging lendy and all the lenders tied up in all this never ending DFLs game.

It's a house of cards. Money flowing from one SPV to another (and the football club). Pull in one and the whole deck comes tumbling down....

lendy support. you could contact the things at MT to seek advice about build outs and getting some of these and older schemes finished once and for all.does this borrower have any skin in these schemes and are his debentures and PGs worth the paper there written on?

Build outs imply there has been some building to start with. While praising MT bear in mind that the strategy is determined by the IP and as yet we have no idea whether Quantum will be better or worse than Moorfields. They did successfully resolve a similar DFL in Bradford.

So, if I've understood this correctly, would I be right in thinking, it's the borrower: - one of whose companies has over £7m of shares in the football club?
- the same company's accounts are 14 months overdue?
- the same company has a (suspended) compulsory strike-off action against it?
- the football club's last two sets of accounts show losses totalling some £5m?
- the football club had a charge registered against it last month?
Says it all really.

Says it all really. Actually it doesn’t say much

picanto - since you have made more than 50 posts could I recommend you apply for access to DD Central (details here) where at least you wll find details of all the borrowers's p2p loans listed, even if there is no analysis of the football club and its associated entities given that is no longer a p2p loan.
For anyone that has any interest in the background of the loans in which they are investing, and meets the eligibility criteria for DD Central membership, it seems the obvious place to start further research.

The football club has been taken over today with a new owner coming in.

Wonder if he got any actual cash? Might come in handy to cover some interest. Meanwhile should give him some time to sort the empire out (if he can tear himself away from the kids) Note his mate is remaining so will still be distracted from sorting his loans.
