And yet, like a lot of the L threads, this one starts with the fever of just how much money you're able to push to the borrower.
There are not many of those original posters left after the chance to get out had passed.

The warning is rarely given that those in for the short game very much have an interest in the promotion of others investing into what they invest... and then getting out before they do through a secondary market. That, along with realistic consequences of platform failure (e.g. 'even though a platform may claim that in the case of insolvency your investments will be safe, this will be impossible for them to support when the time comes because they will be insolvent') have been understated warnings when it comes to P2P, in my experience.

Amazing 300k for 2 acres of Building Land, Original purchase price around 1.5 mil. Would anyone care to guess how much planning fees would have cost? see here: ecab.planningportal.co.uk/uploads/english_application_fees.pdf Loan to Borrower £2,834,429 I wonder how these funds have been spent, apart from a few Ks Legal fees, Architects sketch plans and site survey ........... ! Would the Borrower need to account to the administrator for these expenses? Edit: additions to last sentence. Have you got your £40 yet...I was hoping to dine out...sorry make that dine in on my £12 ..but nothing received yet
